Admission Requirements
To ensure a smooth application process, please prepare the following documents and information before starting your online application.
- Completed online application form
- Birth certificate of the child
- Passport-sized photograph of the child
- Immunization records
- Parent/Guardian valid ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Driver's License)
- Proof of payment of application fee
- Medical fitness report from a recognized hospital
- Emergency contact information (2 additional contacts)
- Any special needs or allergy information
- Previous school report card / transcript
- Transfer certificate (if applicable)
- BECE results (for JHS 2 & 3 transfers only)
Fee Structure
The following admission fees apply for the 2025-2026 academic year. These are one-time non-refundable application processing fees.

Payment Methods
Application Process
1. Online Application
Fill out the online application form with accurate student and parent information. Upload all required documents.
2. Application Review
Our admissions team will review your application and verify all submitted documents within 3-5 working days.
3. Payment of Fees
Once documents are verified, you will be prompted to pay the admission fee via your preferred payment method.
4. Entrance Assessment (Primary & JHS)
Applicants for Primary 4 and above may be required to sit for an entrance assessment.
5. Admission Decision
You will receive an SMS and email notification with the admission decision. Successful applicants will receive an admission letter.
6. Enrollment
Complete enrollment by submitting original documents and paying the first term tuition fee.
